On the 18th anniversary of the Supreme Court’s decision in Olmstead v. LC, where the court declared that people with disabilities have a civil right under the Americans with Disabilties Act to live and participate in their communities, let’s remind Senators that you can’t both support the right of people with disabilities to live in the community and the AHCA’s caps to Medicaid.
